1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Investors Lab ("the Service"), operated by Shilpn LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational Nature of Service (No Real Money)

• Simulation Only: Investors Lab is strictly a financial literacy simulation tool.
• Virtual Currency: All "money," "funds," or "portfolio value" displayed in the Service are virtual points with no real-world cash value.
• No Cash Out: Virtual currency cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real money, or used to purchase goods.
• No Real Trades: No actual securities are bought or sold. All trade executions are simulated based on market data.

3. Competitions and Contests

• Skill-Based: Competitions are based on investment strategy skills, not chance.
• No Gambling: The Service does not offer "real money gambling." Users cannot wager real money on the outcome of any event.
• Entry: Competitions are free to enter.
• Prizes: Any rewards or recognition are non-monetary or nominal in nature and are awarded at the Company's sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

• The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
• Not a Registered Advisor: Shilpn LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
• Content provided in the App does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy/sell any security.
• Market Data: Stock data is provided "as is" and may be delayed. We do not guarantee the accuracy of simulated market fills.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate competition rankings.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
• Reverse engineer the proprietary trading algorithms or APIs.

6. Subscription and Billing (Future Provision)

We reserve the right to introduce premium features ("Pro Membership"). If you choose to subscribe, payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shilpn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any simulated trading losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
