Delete Your Account & Data

You can request permanent deletion of your Investors Lab account and associated data using the options below.

What happens to your data

When you request account deletion, we process your request as follows. This disclosure is provided for transparency and to meet app store requirements.

Data we permanently delete

We permanently remove your ability to sign in and all personally identifiable information, including:

Account credentials (email/password or linked sign-in)
Name, email address, and profile picture
Phone number (if provided)
Any other identifiers that could be used to identify you

Timeline: Personal identifiers are removed from our systems within 30 days of your verified deletion request.

Data we retain in anonymized form

To maintain service integrity, comply with legal obligations, and support historical analytics, we retain the following in a form that can no longer be linked to you:

Portfolio and transaction history (ownership reassigned to an anonymized placeholder)
Competition rankings and participation (identity anonymized)
Aggregate or anonymized usage data where personal identifiers have been stripped

On the website

Sign in at investors-lab.com.
Go to Profile (account icon or menu).
Open your profile settings and find Delete Account.
Follow the prompts and confirm with the verification code sent to your email.

On the mobile app (Android / iOS)

Open the Investors Lab app and sign in.
Tap the Profile icon (top right).
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
Follow the prompts and enter the verification code sent to your email to confirm.

Request by email

If you prefer not to use the app or website, you can request account and data deletion by email. Include the email address associated with your account so we can identify it.
